The Harts became the Lead Pastors of Victory Church in August of 1991. Since the beginning of their journey, it has always been their desire to raise up a strong and growing local church in the Great Falls area that would impact not only the community but the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is their sincere belief that “Life with Jesus is Better!” 

With a practical and life-giving approach to teaching the principles of the Christian life, the Harts focus on helping people win in every area of life including marriage, family, finances, and beyond.

After 40 years of ministry, they feel as though they are just getting started. Generational in their thinking, together, with the members of the congregation, they are dedicated to building the future for the generations to come.

Gary and Pam have two grown children, Spenser and Gina, who along with their spouses are in full-time ministry.
